To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In perfect condition
  • With all original characteristics preserved

As these are handmade pieces, slight variations in color, size, or finishing may occur. These are not considered defects, but part of the uniqueness of each item 🧶✨


3. How to Request an Exchange or Return

To start the process:

  • After receiving and inspecting the item, we will proceed with exchange for another size, product, or store credit

  • Shipping costs will be covered by the store
